Lost Property
The teachers will retain lost property for a period of time. Please check with them as soon as possible if you are missing any property.

Picking Up & Dropping Off/Parents Viewing Classes
Parents are requested to drop off and pick up their children at the door. There is a small waiting area upstairs for parent’s convenience however to minimise distractions to both the teachers and students, it is preferred for parents NOT to sit in during class. However, we do allow parents to view lessons during the last week of each term. We find this policy allows the students to concentrate on the teacher and lesson giving them an enjoyable experience. However a young child first starting may wish to have his/her parent close and this is encouraged until the child is comfortable with his/her surrounds.

Missed Lessons & Withdrawing Enrolments
Unfortunately refunds or credits cannot be made for classes that are missed, however, students may take a ‘make-up’ lesson in a comparable class. If a student withdraws their enrolment before the end of a term, the full term’s fees will remain payable. At any time a student’s enrolment must be officially withdrawn by informing the Studio Manager, otherwise fees will continue to accrue as the student’s place is held in class.

Emergency Procedures
A stocked first aid kit is accessible to all classes at all times. Teachers also carry updated lists of emergency telephone numbers including local ambulance, police and fire brigade. In the event of a medical emergency, the teacher will endeavour to contact parents immediately. If parents/guardians are un-contactable, the teachers reserve the right to call for an ambulance service if deemed necessary.
